COFFEE AND SOUTH CENTRAL CANNON COUNTIES UNTIL 730 PM CDT...

At 656 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Manchester, moving northeast at 30 mph.

Pea size hail, winds in excess of 40 mph, brief heavy rainfall, and
frequent cloud to ground lightning strikes will be possible with
this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Manchester, Morrison, Viola and Summitville.

This includes Interstate 24 between mile markers 101 and 115.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Brief heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to minor localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through
flooded roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
