The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  White County in middle Tennessee...

* Until 630 PM CDT.

* At 453 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms across much of White County. Radar estimates 1 to 2
  inches of rain has fallen in the past hour. Minor flooding is
  ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Sparta, Doyle, Bakers Crossroads, Hamptons Crossroads and Virgin
  Falls State Natural Area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
