...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SOUTHWESTERN MONTGOMERY...
SOUTHEASTERN STEWART AND HOUSTON COUNTIES UNTIL 530 PM CDT...

At 455 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms from near Carlisle to near Tennessee Ridge, moving
east at 15 mph.

Pea size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Dover, Erin, Tennessee Ridge, Cumberland City, Houston County Airport
and Palmyra.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
