ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

The Flood Advisory continues for
  the Tennessee River At Clifton.
* Until further notice.
* There is no current observed data.
* Action stage is 364.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 370.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river continues to slowly fall. It is expected to
  fall below Action Stage Tuesday evening.
* Impact...At 367.0 feet, In Wayne County, water inundates the boat
  launch areas and portions of access roads in the Beech Lake
  Campground on Beech Lake Road.
