.Heavy rainfall on Sunday has caused Shoal Creek to rise above action stage.

* Action stage is 10.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* The river will rise to near 14.0 feet this afternoon then begin falling.
* At 14.0 feet...Flooding of low lying areas along Shoal Creek begins.
