At 420 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Watertown, or 13 miles southwest of Carthage. This storm was nearly
stationary.

Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Lebanon, Watertown and Alexandria.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 247 and 255.
