...Patchy Locally Dense Fog Possible Thru Mid Morning Hours
for Southern Portions of Cumberland Plateau Region...

Patchy locally dense fog has formed across locations just west of
and across southern portions of the Cumberland Plateau Region.
This areas includes locations around and east of a Manchester to
Woodbury to Smithville line. Any low lying areas and locations
near bodies of water will be most vulnerable. Prepare for rapidly
changing conditions as visibilities may drop below one quarter of
an mile in spots. If traveling, allow for extra time to reach your
destination, slow down, and use your low beam headlights. Fog
should dissipate by 9 AM CDT or so.
