...The flood advisory continues for the Cumberland River...
Cumberland River At Celina affecting Clay and Jackson Counties
. Due to slowing dam releases from Wolf Creek, the Cumberland River at Celina
is expected to fall steadily throughout the day today. It will remain above
action stage through this evening.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Stay tuned to noaa weather radio or other local media for further information
from the National Weather Service.

The Flood Advisory continues for
The Cumberland River At Celina
* Until late tonight.
* At 04AM Thursday the stage was 31.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 40.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 28.1 feet by tomorrow morning.
* At 33.0 feet...Water begins to impact low lying areas along the river and the
adjacent tributaries, including Kettle Creek, Proctor Creek, Obey River, Knob
Creek, and Mill Creek. Water approaches the atheltic fields at Clay County
High School, the Clay County Park, and properties along Breyer St and Waste
Water Rd.
* At 30.0 feet...Water begins to impact low lying areas along the river and the
adjacent tributaries, including Kettle Creek, Proctor Creek, Obey River, Knob
Creek, and Mill Creek. Water approaches the atheltic fields at Clay County
High School, the Clay County Park, and properties along Breyer St and Waste
Water Rd.
