...The flood warning continues for the following rivers in Tennessee...

  Cumberland River At Omohundro Water Plant affecting Davidson County

.Water levels along the Cumberland River will remain steady through tonight,
then slowly fall through Thursday as water that is being routed through the
river system tapers. Levels near Omohundro could fall below flood stage by
Friday evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Avoid flooded areas along the river...And move personal belongings to higher
ground. Never drive through flooded roads as the depth of water may be too great
to pass...Even in trucks or sport utility vehicles. If you come across a flooded
road...Turn around don't drown.

from the National Weather Service.

...Flood Warning extended until 03/15 19:00...The Flood Warning continues for
  The Cumberland River At Omohundro Water Plant
* Until 03/15 19:00.
* At 05PM Wednesday the stage was 42.2 feet and steady.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Flood stage is 41.0 feet.
* At 43.0 feet...Properties on Davidson St, Nestor St, and Visco Dr continue to
  be flooded with water approaching structures in some areas. Water begins to
  approach property on River Hills Dr.
* At 41.0 feet...Flooding along the river begins from the Cumberland River
  Greenway Bridge in Shelby Bottoms Park to the I-24 bridge near downtown. This
  includes the ballfields and other areas in Shelby Bottoms Park, and properties
  adjacent to the river on Davidson St, Nestor St, and Visco Dr. Backwater
  effects also begin to cause flooding on Mill Creek up to near Lebanon Pike.
