  Richland Creek Above Pulaski affecting Giles County

.Heavy rainfall on Saturday has caused Richland Creek to rise above action
stage. The river has crested and will continue slowly falling the next several
days.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

* At 4PM Sunday the stage was 16.3 feet and slowly falling.
* Action stage is 16.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 14.0 feet by tomorrow afternoon.
* At 16.0 feet...Flooding of low lying agricultural land along the river begins
