  Elk River Near Prospect affecting Limestone and Giles Counties

. Saturday's rainfall will cause the Elk River Near Prospect to rise above action stage today.

  The Elk River Near Prospect
* At 6 AM Sunday the stage was 20.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Action stage is 22.0 feet.
* The river will rise to near 22.8 feet.
* At 22.0 feet...Water completely inundates the TWRA boat launch parking lot
  near the Hargrove - Johnson bridge on Veto Rd.
