Survey Summary:
A small, brief EF0 tornado touched down in Antioch near the
intersection of Anderson Road and Country Way Road. The tornado
took a U-shaped path and moved southeast across Oak Trees Court,
Country Meadow Drive, Country Meadow Court, Country Lawn Drive,
Towne Village Road, Fall Court, Dove Creek Road, and Huntingboro
Trail, snapping and uprooting numerous trees in a narrow,
convergent path. A few trees fell onto homes causing minor
damage. Turning more eastward, the tornado strengthened and
caused significant roof and siding damage to many homes along
Leatherbury Court, Seasons Lake Court, and Seasons Drive. The
tornado appears to have lifted north of the intersection of Smith
Springs Parkway and Mt View Road.

EF Scale: The Enhanced Fujita Scale classifies tornadoes into the
following categories:

EF0...Weak......65 to 85 mph
EF1...Weak......86 to 110 mph
EF2...Strong....111 to 135 mph
EF3...Strong....136 to 165 mph
EF4...Violent...166 to 200 mph
EF5...Violent...>200 mph
