NORTHWESTERN WHITE AND PUTNAM COUNTIES UNTIL 945 PM CDT...
At 904 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Gainesboro to near Smithville. Movement
was east at 25 mph.
Pea size hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with these
storms.
Locations impacted include...
Cookeville, Gainesboro, Algood, Baxter, Dowelltown, Liberty, Hamptons
Crossroads, Bakers Crossroads, Burgess Falls State Park, Rickman,
Center Hill Lake, Granville, Edgar Evans State Park and Cummins Falls
State Park.
This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 263 and 291.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 100 AM CDT for
Middle Tennessee.
