At 206 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Smithville, moving east at 20 mph.

Pea size hail and winds in excess of 30 mph will be possible with
this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Smithville, Dowelltown, Liberty, Center Hill Lake and Edgar Evans
State Park.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 265 and 267.
