The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northeastern Davidson County in Middle Tennessee...
  Southern Sumner County in Middle Tennessee...
  Northwestern Wilson County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 615 PM CDT.

* At 308 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Doppler radar estimates up to two inches of rain have already
  fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Gallatin, Lebanon, Madison, Hendersonville, Mount Juliet,
  Goodlettsville, Millersville, Lakewood, Ridgetop, Hermitage, Old
  Hickory, Bledsoe Creek State Park and Cottontown.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 40 between mile markers 211 and 216, and between mile
markers 219 and 223.
 Interstate 65 between mile markers 88 and 103.
 Interstate 24 between mile markers 49 and 52.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
