...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR EASTERN MONTGOMERY...NORTHWESTERN
CHEATHAM AND WESTERN ROBERTSON COUNTIES UNTIL 100 PM CDT...

At 1233 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles southeast of Clarksville, moving east at 20 mph.

Pea size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Clarksville, Coopertown, Pleasant View, Adams and Cedar Hill.

This includes Interstate 24 between mile markers 7 and 23.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
