...The Flood Advisory continues for the Red River...

  Red River At Port Royal affecting Montgomery and Robertson Counties

. Heavy rainfall has caused the Red River to rise above Action Stage. Water Levels
are expected to recede quite quickly by tomorrow morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

from the National Weather Service.

The Flood Advisory continues for
  The Red River At Port Royal
* Until Wednesday morning.
* At 07AM Tuesday the stage was 26.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 16.2 feet by Thursday morning.
* At 17.0 feet...The public access parking lot at Port Royal State Park is
  completely inundated.
* At 11.0 feet...Water begins to inundate the public access parking lot and
  picnic area at Port Royal State Park.
