  Duck River Below Manchester affecting Coffee County

. Recent heavy rainfall caused the Duck River below Manchester to rise above
action stage. Rain has ended and the river is falling. It will continue to
fall today.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
