  Cumberland County in Middle Tennessee...
  De Kalb County in Middle Tennessee...
  Jackson County in Middle Tennessee...
  Clay County in Middle Tennessee...
  White County in Middle Tennessee...
  Putnam County in Middle Tennessee...
  Fentress County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 200 AM CST.

* At 1059 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Cookeville, Crossville, Sparta, Smithville, Livingston, Jamestown,
  Celina, Gainesboro, Byrdstown, Fairfield Glade, Algood, Monterey,
  Baxter, Alexandria, Crab Orchard, Allardt, Pleasant Hill, Doyle,
  Dowelltown and Liberty.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 267 and 340.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
