  Central Fentress County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 415 PM CST.

* At 107 PM CST, heavy rainfall had caused flooding. The rain was
  tapering off for the moment, but some flooding will linger. More
  heavy showers and storms will develop this evening, and more flood
  warnings may be required.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Cookeville, Crossville, Sparta, Fairfield Glade, Algood, Monterey,
  and Baxter,

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
