* At 1233 PM CST, radar showed heavy rain moving out of the area,
  but flooding is likely to linger. More showers and thunderstorms
  will dvelop later today, and new flash flood warnings may be
  needed.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Murfreesboro, Cookeville, Shelbyville, McMinnville, Manchester,
  Sparta, Smithville, and Woodbury.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
