.Water levels on Wartrace Creek have fallen below Action Stage and the Flood
Advisory has been cancelled. There is still the possibility the creek may rise
overnight as additional rain is in the forecast. Elsewhere across Middle
Tennessee, area rivers continue to run high and the Flood Advisory remains in
effect for portions of the Duck River, Harpeth River, and Stones River. These
locations may approach Flood Stage late Saturday or early Sunday, so those with
interests along these rivers should watch for a potential Flood Warning.

The Flood Advisory continues for
The Duck River Near Hurricane Mills
* Until further notice.
* At 03PM Friday the stage was 21.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
* The river will rise to near 24.0 feet Sunday evening.
* At 24.0 feet...Flood waters approach low lying portions of Hurricane Creek
Road near Hurricane Mills, and other roads in the area are flooded including
Tumbling Creek Road. Agricultural land along the river is extensively flooded
from Bucksnort, to Taylortown and Cedar Grove.
* At 22.0 feet...Portions of Tumbling Creek Road east of Highway 13 are flooded
and may be impassable.
* At 20.0 feet...Portions of Tumbling Creek Road east of Highway 13 begin to
flood and there is significant flooding of agricultural land along the river
from Bucksnort, to Taylortown and Cedar Grove.

The Flood Advisory continues for
The Harpeth River At Bellevue
* Until further notice.
* At 03PM Friday the stage was 9.9 feet and rising.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* The river will rise to near 21.3 feet tomorrow evening.
* At 20.0 feet...Water begins to flood the Ensworth High School athletic fields.
* At 19.0 feet...Water floods Old Harding Pike near Morton Mill Road, and may be
subject to closure.
* At 18.0 feet...Water reaches the club house of the Harpeth Valley Golf Center.
* At 16.0 feet...Portions of the Harpeth River Greenway may be covered with
water and impassable, and the access road and the parking lot to the Harpeth
River State Park are completely inundated.
* At 14.0 feet...Portions of the Harpeth River Greenway begin to be inundated,
and water begins to inundate the parking lot of the Harpeth River State Park
at Highway 100.

The Flood Advisory continues for
The Stones River Near Donelson
* Until further notice.
* At 03PM Friday the stage was 28.3 feet and steady.
* Flood stage is 35.0 feet.
* The river is expected to remain near 28.0 feet through the weekend.
* At 29.0 feet...Water continues to inundate the Stones River Greenway between
Percy Priest Dam and Lebanon Road, and has completely inundated the park area
on Jackson Downs Blvd. Low lying areas near the Heartland Park athletic fields
begin to be inundated, as well as low lying areas along Stoners Creek near
industrial property.
