...THE FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 415 PM CST FOR WAYNE...
LAWRENCE AND GILES COUNTIES...

At 214 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain moving through the
Advisory area that may lead to minor flooding.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Lawrenceburg, Pulaski, Waynesboro, Loretto, Collinwood, St. Joseph,
Elkton, Minor Hill, Ethridge, Lynnville, Henryville, Cypress Inn,
Lutts, Goodspring, Leoma, Westpoint, Iron City and Prospect.

Creeks and streams that may see quick rises include Cypress Creek,
Middle Cypress Creek, Dry Branch including areas near Fairview,
Second Creek, Weatherford Creek including areas near Lutts and
Martins Mill, Indian Creek, Factory Creek, Butler Creek, Knob Creek,
and tributaries within the Shoal Creek basin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
