The National Weather Service in Nashville has extended the

* Flood Advisory for...
  Smith County in Middle Tennessee...
  Rutherford County in Middle Tennessee...
  Wilson County in Middle Tennessee...
  Macon County in Middle Tennessee...
  Trousdale County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 1130 AM CST.

* At 818 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Murfreesboro, Lebanon, Lafayette, Carthage, Hartsville,
  Hendersonville, Smyrna, La Vergne, Mount Juliet, Nolensville,
  Westmoreland, Watertown, Gordonsville, Red Boiling Springs,
  Walterhill, Rural Hill, Belinda City, Hickman, South Carthage and
  Eagleville.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 40 between mile markers 224 and 266.
 Interstate 24 between mile markers 64 and 95.
 Interstate 840 between mile markers 43 and 76.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
