River this week.

* At 1AM Monday the stage was 35.5 feet and rising.
* Action stage is 35.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 41.0 feet.
* At 35.0 feet...Low lying areas along both sides of the river are inundated,
  including portions of Shelby Bottoms Park.
