  Red River At Port Royal affecting Montgomery and Robertson Counties

.Rainfall from previous days has led to rises on area rivers. The Red River
is expected to continue to fall through Thursday morning.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

The Flood Advisory continues for
  The Red River At Port Royal
* Until late Wednesday night.
* At 09PM Tuesday the stage was 28.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 23.2 feet by Thursday morning.
* At 17.0 feet...The public access parking lot at Port Royal State Park is
  completely inundated.
* At 11.0 feet...Water begins to inundate the public access parking lot and
  picnic area at Port Royal State Park.
