the following rivers in middle Tennessee...

  Red River At Port Royal affecting Montgomery and Robertson Counties

. Recent and expected rainfall will cause the Red River at Pot Royal to rise above action stage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

* Flood Advisory for
  The Red River At Port Royal
* At 12 PM Thursday the stage was 23.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
* Action stage is 25.0 feet.
* The river will rise to near 26.5 feet early Friday morning.
* At 17.0 feet...The public access parking lot at Port Royal State Park is
  completely inundated.
