. The Buffalo River near Lobelville remains above actions although the river
is quickly falling and should drop below action stage by midnight tonight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

  The Buffalo River Near Lobelville
* Until late Tuesday night.
* At 04PM Tuesday the stage was 10.2 feet and falling.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* At 12.0 feet...Portions of secondary roads near Old Highway 13 are inundated.
* At 10.0 feet...Water inundates low lying areas and agricultural land along the
  river.
