the following rivers in middle Tennessee...

  Harpeth River Below Franklin affecting Williamson County

. Last night's heavy rainfall has caused the Harpeth below Franklin to rise above action stage. The river will remain high into the afternoon, then start to drop off by evening.

  The Harpeth River Below Franklin
* At 10 AM Monday the stage was 22.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
* Action stage is 22.0 feet.
* At 22.0 feet...Water begins to inundate low lying areas along the banks,
  including the nursery at Hillsboro Road and Fulton Green Lane.
