the following rivers in middle Tennessee...

  Richland Creek Above Pulaski affecting Giles County

. Heavy rainfall has caused Richland Creek at Pulaski to rise above Action
Stage. It will slowly rise through the early morning hours on Monday
before receding late Monday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
