. The river has fallen below action stage, and the advisory has been cancelled.

* At 2 AM Wednesday the stage was 24.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 17.1 feet by tomorrow morning.
* At 17.0 feet...The public access parking lot at Port Royal State Park is
  completely inundated.
