...Minor Snow Accumulations Possible for Today...

Rain will transition to a rain and snow mix followed by all snow
during the day today. No accumulations to a few tenths of one
inch are expected west of the Cumberland Plateau. Accumulations up
to one inch are possible on the Cumberland Plateau with a couple
higher elevations possibly receiving slightly greater than one
inch of snow. If you are traveling on Tuesday afternoon and
evening, especially locations along the Cumberland Plateau, use
caution as slick spots may develop on area roads, mainly on
secondary roads as well as bridges and overpasses. Snow should
come to an end from west to east during the afternoon through the
early overnight hours tonight.
