...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR EASTERN MONTGOMERY...NORTHWESTERN
CHEATHAM AND NORTHWESTERN ROBERTSON COUNTIES UNTIL 430 PM CDT...

At 350 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles southeast of Clarksville, moving east at 10 mph.

Pea size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Clarksville, Coopertown, Pleasant View, Adams and Cedar Hill.

This includes Interstate 24 between mile markers 1 and 23.

Jazz on the Lawn (Montgomery Co.) will also be impacted.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
