This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Portions of Middle
Tennessee.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A wind advisory is in effect from the mid morning hours today
through tonight. An approaching weather system will result in
strong surface gradient southerly winds developing across western
and central locations of the mid state region during the mid
morning hours today. The potential of strong surface gradient
winds will also shift eastward into Cumberland Plateau Region
tonight. Wind speeds of 15 to 30 mph and gusts up to 45 mph will
be possible in the advisory areas. These strong winds may blow
down a few trees, tree limbs, power lines, or loose objects.
High profile vehicles will also have difficulty driving.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Wind advisory will continue to be in effect for the Cumberland
Plateau Region through the mid morning hours on Friday. These
strong winds may blow down a few trees, tree limbs, power lines,
or loose objects. High profile vehicles will also have difficulty
driving.

Numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected across Middle
Tennessee late Saturday into Sunday. A few storms could be
strong, and locally heavy rainfall from around 1 to 3 inches
will also be possible.

Spotter activation may be needed Saturday night or Sunday.
