...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SOUTHWESTERN MARSHALL...SOUTHERN
MAURY...EASTERN LAWRENCE AND GILES COUNTIES UNTIL 330 PM CDT...

At 242 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Lawrenceburg to near Pulaski. Movement was
north at 20 mph.

Very heavy downpours were occurring along with 30 mph winds.

Parts of the area had very heavy rain last night, so small streams
may rise quickly.

Locations impacted include...
Columbia, Lewisburg, Lawrenceburg, Pulaski, Mount Pleasant, Loretto,
Cornersville, Elkton, Ethridge, Lynnville, Culleoka, Goodspring and
Leoma.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
