The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northern Davidson County in Middle Tennessee...
  Southwestern Sumner County in Middle Tennessee...
  Southeastern Cheatham County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 100 AM CST.

* At 1058 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Ashland City, Madison, Hendersonville, Goodlettsville,
  Millersville, Kingston Springs, Pegram, Joelton, Beaman Park,
  Whites Creek and Bells Bend.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 65 between mile markers 89 and 100.
 Interstate 24 between mile markers 35 and 44.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
