...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SUMNER...NORTHWESTERN MACON AND
NORTHEASTERN ROBERTSON COUNTIES UNTIL 645 PM CDT...

At 554 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles west of Portland, or 15 miles northeast of Springfield, moving
east at 40 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Gallatin, White House, Westmoreland, Cross Plains, Portland, Orlinda,
Mitchellville, Cottontown, Bethpage, Oak Grove, Bledsoe Creek State
Park and Black Jack.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
