This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Middle
Tennessee.
.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight
No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday
Although significant uncertainty still remains to the track and
thus potential impacts of current subtropical Storm Alberto,
potential exists for periods of numerous showers and isolated
thunderstorms to develop across the mid state region Tuesday
into Tuesday Night. Additional periods of scattered to numerous
showers and isolated to scattered thunderstorms will be possible
Wednesday through Saturday. Ground conditions are expected to
become increasingly saturated. Localized flooding, especially
for low lying flood prone locations along with creeks and
streams, will more than likely occur.
For locations generally along and east of the I-65 corridor
Tuesday into Tuesday Night, strong to severe thunderstorms
may develop. Main concerns with any strong to severe
thunderstorms that develop will be strong to damaging winds
along with a couple brief tornadoes.
