This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Middle
Tennessee.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Strong to severe storms are possible Wednesday night in areas
generally south of I-40 and west of I-65. This includes the cities
of Columbia, Lawrenceburg, Centerville and Linden. Damaging
straight-line winds will be the primary threat.

Heavy rainfall is expected tonight through Thursday. Two to four
inches of rain are possible, with the greatest amounts occurring
Wednesday night and Thursday along and west of I-65. The heavier
downpours could cause flooding of low lying and flood prone areas.

Rises on area rivers are also expected by the end of the week.
Some river flooding can be expected by Thursday night and last
into the weekend.

Spotter activation may be needed if flooding develops.
