Duck River Above Milltown AFFECTING Marshall County
Duck River Near Hurricane Mills AFFECTING Humphreys County
. Recent heavy rainfall will continue to cause high water along the Duck River
for the next several days.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

The Flood Advisory continues for
The Duck River Above Milltown
* Until further notice.
* At 03PM Friday the stage was 33.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 36.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 30 feet by Saturday afternoon.
* At 30.0 feet...Water begins to inundate low lying areas along the Duck River
from Henry Horton State Park to near Highway 431.

The Flood Advisory continues for
The Duck River Near Hurricane Mills
* Until late Sunday night.
* At 03PM Friday the stage was 21.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
* The river will continue to rise to near 21.8 feet by early Sunday morning.
* The river will continue to fall to near 21.5 feet by tomorrow morning.
* At 22.0 feet...Portions of Tumbling Creek Road east of Highway 13 are flooded
and may be impassable.
* At 20.0 feet...Portions of Tumbling Creek Road east of Highway 13 begin to
flood and there is significant flooding of agricultural land along the river
from Bucksnort, to Taylortown and Cedar Grove.
* At 16.0 feet...Flooding of agricultural land and other low lying areas along
the river begin to flood from Bucksnort, to Taylortown and Cedar Grove.
