the following rivers in middle Tennessee...

  Duck River At Shelbyville AFFECTING Bedford County

. The Duck River at Shelbyville will continue to fall today, but will still be
above action stage into this afternoon. It's expected to fall below action by
this evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

* Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 25 feet by this evening .
* At 28.0 feet...The picnic area in Fishermans Park begins to flood.
