the following rivers in middle Tennessee...

  Buffalo River Above Flat Woods AFFECTING Perry and Wayne Counties

. The Buffalo River above Flat Woods has fallen below flood stage. It will
remain above action stage through this afternoon as it continues to fall.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

* Flood Advisory for
  The Buffalo River Above Flat Woods
* At 07AM Friday the stage was 18.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 15 feet by 9PM .
* At 15.0 feet...Water begins to inundate low lying agricultural land along the
  river from northern Wayne County to near Linden in Perry County.
