...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 300 PM CDT
FOR NORTHERN OVERTON...PICKETT AND CLAY COUNTIES...

At 240 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Dale Hollow Lake to near Lafayette, moving southeast
at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Emergency management. At 236 PM CDT, numerous trees were
         reportedly blown down west of Celina with these storms.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Livingston, Celina, Byrdstown, Wolf River Dock, Moss, Dale Hollow
Lake, Standing Stone State Park, Huntersville and Static.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

If on or near Dale Hollow Lake, get away from the water and move
indoors or inside a vehicle. remember, lightning can strike out to
15 miles from the parent thunderstorm. If you can hear thunder, you
are close enough to be struck by lightning. Move to safe shelter
now!  Do not be caught on the water in a thunderstorm.
