...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR CENTRAL MAURY COUNTY UNTIL 745 PM
CDT...

At 656 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm
north of Columbia and another just south of Columbia. These storms
were moving southwest at 10 mph.

Half inch hail and winds in excess of 30 mph will be possible with
these storm.

Locations impacted include...
Columbia, Mount Pleasant, I-65 East Of Columbia and Culleoka.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring. Lightning can
strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe shelter inside
a building or vehicle.
