. Dense fog has become widespread enough over the last couple of
hours to warrant an advisory. Visibilities in many areas have or
will fall to 1/4 mile or less. Conditions should begin to improve

The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a Dense Fog
Advisory, which is in effect until 9 AM CDT this morning.
* VISIBILITY...1/4 mile or less.
* IMPACTS...Poor driving conditions during the Thursday morning
commute.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving...slow down...
use your headlights...and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
