  Southern Overton County in Middle Tennessee...
  Jackson County in Middle Tennessee...
  Central Putnam County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 300 AM CDT.

* At 1252 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Cookeville, Gainesboro, Algood, Monterey, Rickman and Cummins Falls
  State Park.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 291 and 304.
