...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR NORTHEASTERN LAWRENCE AND
NORTHERN GILES COUNTIES UNTIL 115 AM CDT...

At 1226 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12
miles southeast of Mount Pleasant, or 13 miles north of Pulaski,
moving southwest at 25 mph.

Dime size hail and brief wind gusts of around 40 mph will be
possible with this storm. Remember...Winds this high can sometimes
breaking branches and down some shallow rooted trees.

Locations impacted include...
Lawrenceburg, Ethridge and Lynnville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
