the following rivers in middle Tennessee...

  Red River At Port Royal AFFECTING Montgomery and Robertson Counties

. The Red River at Port Royal continues to rise from recent heavy rains...
and is expected to rise well into action stage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

* Flood Advisory for
  The Red River At Port Royal
* At 05PM Thursday the stage was 26.3 feet...and rising.
* Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
* The river will continue to rise to near 26.9 feet by tomorrow morning.
* At 17.0 feet...The public access parking lot at Port Royal State Park is
  completely inundated.
* At 11.0 feet...Water begins to inundate the public access parking lot and
  picnic area at Port Royal State Park.
