SOUTHWESTERN LEWIS...WAYNE...LAWRENCE...GILES AND SOUTHERN PERRY
COUNTIES...
At 1111 AM CST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain was beginning to tapper off and move northeast. Minor
flooding in the advisory area will begin to subside. One to two
inches of rain have already fallen.
Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Lawrenceburg, Pulaski, Waynesboro, Linden, Loretto, Collinwood,
Clifton, Ardmore, Elkton, Ethridge, Henryville, Flatwoods,
Goodspring, Leoma, Westpoint and Prospect.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.
