...The flood advisory continues for the Duck River...Stones River...
Duck River Near Hurricane Mills AFFECTING Humphreys County
Stones River Near Donelson AFFECTING Davidson County
.Water levels on the Cumberland River continue to subside and the Flood Advisories
for Nashville and Clarksville have been cancelled. Releases from Percy Priest Dam
will continue to keep the Stones River elevated over the next few days. Water
levels on the Duck River have crested and will continue to slowly subside through
tomorrow.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

The Flood Advisory continues for
The Duck River Near Hurricane Mills
* Until Wednesday morning.
* At 11AM Tuesday the stage was 20.6 feet and slowly falling.
* Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 19.5 feet by tomorrow morning.
* At 22.0 feet...Portions of Tumbling Creek Road east of Highway 13 are flooded
and may be impassable.
* At 20.0 feet...Portions of Tumbling Creek Road east of Highway 13 begin to
flood and there is significant flooding of agricultural land along the river
from Bucksnort, to Taylortown and Cedar Grove.
* At 16.0 feet...Flooding of agricultural land and other low lying areas along
the river begin to flood from Bucksnort, to Taylortown and Cedar Grove.

The Stones River Near Donelson
* Until further notice.
* At 11AM Tuesday the stage was 22.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 35.0 feet.
* The river will remain high over the next few days.
* At 23.0 feet...Sections of the Stones River Greenway are impassable between
Percy Priest Dam and Lebanon Road...and low lying areas along the river are
inundated near the park on Jackson Downs Blvd.
* At 20.0 feet...Portions of the Stones River Greenway between Percy Priest
Dam and Lebanon Road are inundated.
